What if I don't receive the location for the show?
The location and address for the show is only provided to ticket-holders at 8am on the day of the event. If you purchased tickets on the date of the show, you will receive the show details by email shortly after your purchase.
If you did not receive an email with the show address by 8am on the day of the event, it can likely be due to one of the following:
- An email address provided had a typo
- The email was sent to your spam folder or promotions tab.
- Your email server blocked the email (happens frequently with work or school email addresses).
You can try pulling the show details from our website, https://www.donttellcomedy.com, and selecting "Get Show Details" from the menu. This will only be available after 8am on the date of the event.
